Bob Fortin has over 30 years of ATM and Conventional Bank Equipment experience. Bob Previously worked for EFMARK/Pendum as a field sales representative from 1995 to 2006 and VP of Sales from 2006 to November of 2008. In 2008 he joined Red Hawk to help launch a very successful ATM Sales & Service program. In 2010 Bob purchased Customized Service Concepts, Inc (a small ATM and bank equipment service company based in Stratford, CT), renamed the company Customized Service Concepts, LLC and substantially grew the business. Bob moved Customized Service Concepts, LLC to Durham, CT in 2012 and in April of 2017 opened a branch office in Goffstown, NH . Bob is committed to his team and is always available for customers directly.
EVP, Sales & Service Operations
Joseph Sagliano was appointed Executive Vice President Sales & Service Operations for Customized Service Concepts, LLC, in April 2019. He is responsible for the company’s overall sales and service operations in the New England region. Prior to joining Customized Service Concepts, LLC in March 2017, Joseph held a variety of key leadership positions at Diebold Incorporated, NCR and Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. and has served in the New England and New York Metro markets. With over 20 years industry experience, Joseph plays a key role in implementing key processes, managing relationships, company infrastructure and company security.
Vice President of Sales
Frank joined CSC, LLC in January 2019 after a successful 30+ year career with NCR Corporation. Having worked with hundreds of financial institutions throughout the northeast, he brings a wealth of knowledge about today’s financial technology solutions that impact both physical and digital channels, including teller, ATM, on-line and mobile. He is well versed in assisting financial institutions with implementing the right solutions resulting in exceptional customer experiences and meaningful brand differentiation. As Vice President of Sales, Frank is passionate about helping our customers cost effectively deploy the best available hardware, software and service solutions to carry out their unique Branch Transformation strategies.
Regional Strategic Account Manager
Mark has extensive experience meeting the needs of banks and credit unions as they relate to: ATMs, Interactive Teller Machines, Managed/Integrated Services, Teller Automation (Recyclers + Dispensers), and Physical Security. Mark has spent the last 28 years (Mosler 1989-2001, Diebold 2001-2015, CSC 2015-present) working as a Sales Professional in the industry working together with clients to solve their business challenges.
Norman joined Customized Service Concepts, LLC in 2017. He is the sales representative for Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. For 25 years prior to joining CSC, Norman was employed as a National Sales Manager for several food manufacturers representing consumer goods. Restaurant Depot, BJ’s Wholesale Clubs, Market Basket, Bozzuto’s, Kroger, Price Chopper, Publix, Defense Department Commissaries, Cumberland Farms and Wa Wa are some of the companies that he sold to. Norman has been successful with introducing CSC to financial institutions in his territory.
Chris Thorne joined CSC, LLC in May of 2018. Chris has over seventeen years of experience meeting the requirements of bank and credit union customers with both conventional and ATM / transactional solutions. Chris’ expertise includes Security Design and Strategy, ATMs/ITMs, Managed Services, Teller Automation, Branch Transformation and Physical Security Equipment. Prior to joining CSC, LLC, Chris held a variety of successful Sales and Account Manager positions for Verint Video Systems, Diebold Inc., and Red Hawk Fire and Security LLC.
Director of Implementations
John Kusmit has over 30 years of experience in the banking equipment industry. Prior to joining the CSC team in March 2011, John began his career with The Mosler Safe Company in Connecticut as a field service technician and worked his way up to a lead technician. He then accepted a leadership position within a New England regional provider of diverse security and banking equipment which led to the opportunity to become a successful Vice President & Northeastern Regional Equipment Sales Executive. John’s vast experience and industry knowledge is valuable in supporting both the CSC Sales and Service Teams along with our ever-growing Customer / Partner Team.
ATM/ITM Service Manager
Chris McKulsky was appointed ATM/ITM Service Manager in April 2020. He is responsible for the technical ATM/ITM field service teams across New England, customer satisfaction and delivering desired results. Chris joined CSC, LLC in 2015. During his tenure he has held several positions from Field Service Technician, Field Service Technician Team Leader and Associate Project Manager. Chris is fully trained on NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, Wincor and Triton ATMs, as well as teller cash recyclers (TCRs) and Reis coin counters. Chris is fully committed to growing CSC, LLC by providing the best service possible to our customers.
Regional Logistics Manager
Duane Smith started at Customized Service Concepts in August of 2011. Starting out as a Field Service Technician, he has advanced to the Logistics Manager and handles the company’s Database and Security Systems. He is passionate about the company as well as all the clients and vendors he encounters. With the encouragement of the company, he excels at completing all the online university classes from all the major manufacturers.
Regional Technical Manager
With almost 30 years of ATM and ITM service experience spanning several companies, there isn’t much out there that Kurt hasn’t seen. Working as both an ATM/ITM field technician and service manager before joining CSC in 2010, Kurt has proven himself to be both hard working and self-motivated; striving to keep the customers happy. Kurt currently serves as Regional Technical Manager, overseeing the training, software, and technical support divisions of the company as well and assisting the service department.
Service Team Leader – Southern New England
Gary DiBattista joined Customized Service Concepts, LLC in 2016 and has been in the industry since 2010. Gary has two decades in the field service industry. He is fully trained on Diebold, NCR, Hyosung, Wincor, and ARCA equipment. Gary is committed and dedicated to providing the best customer service to all CSC, LLC customers.
Service Supervisor – CT/MA/RI
Brendan Lynch joined Customized Service Concepts, LLC in 2017 and has been in the industry since 2006. Prior to joining CSC, LLC, Brendan worked for Diebold, Inc. and held positions of Field Service Technician and Team Leader. Brendan is fully trained on Diebold and NCR ATMs, Kaba Mas locks, and key access control systems. Brendan is committed and dedicated to providing the best service for all CSC, LLC customers.
Service Team Leader – Northern New England
Rob Hickey, a Team Leader for the Massachusetts service area, joined CSC in 2017. Rob has 37 years of experience working on various makes and models of equipment. His focus is on ATM repair – all makes and models. Rob is committed to ensuring that the CSC service offering is the best and most reliable in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Field Service Supervisor -NH/VT/ME
Jesse Hogan joined CSC in 2020 with 15 years experience working on computer software and hardware for various systems. He has a degree in Information Technology, and is familiar with working in many different technical environments. Jesse is dedicated to ensuring a CSC service is the best and most reliable for NH/VT/ME and strives to meet customer needs.
